Need to Return an Item?
Under Jumpet’s return policy, you can return regular-priced items within 30 days from the date of your order. To ensure a smooth return process, items must be in original condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair or marks, with tags attached, and packed in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item
You can return regular-priced items within 30 days of the order date. Please ensure the item remains in its original condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair or marks, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Health & Safety Reminder: To ensure your pet’s safety, we generally do not accept exchanges. However, we will process returns for unworn items in their original condition.
Follow These Steps to Return:
- Submit Your Return Request: Email us at info@jumpethk.com with the reason for your return.
- Receive a Prepaid Return Label: Once we approve your return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
- One Return Label per Order: Each order will receive one prepaid return label. If you need to return more items, we will deduct the shipping fees from your refund.
- Include the Packing Slip: Ensure you place the original packing slip inside your return package.
Important Notes:
- Approval is Required: Returns without prior approval will be donated, so please contact us before sending items back.
- Condition Check: We inspect every returned item. If it’s not in original condition, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
- Refund Processing: Refunds take some time to process. If your return does not meet our policy, we will not send the item back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund.
International Orders
Please note that all international orders are final sale. Be sure to carefully follow our sizing guide before placing your order to avoid issues.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, accessories, and international orders are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Warehouse Sale Discount Code Policy
Items bought with Online Warehouse Sale discount codes are final sale. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these purchases. Please double-check your order before applying the code.
